Hydrogen fuel vehicle is one of the main technical paths for the development of new energy vehicles in China. It has to some extent avoided the charging shortcomings of pure electric vehicles and become a complementary industry direction with lithium-ion battery vehicles. Moreover, due to its advantages such as strong endurance, low noise, and zero emissions, it is considered the "ultimate goal" for the development of new energy vehicles.

The metal bipolar plate is the core skeleton of the "fuel stack", the heart of hydrogen energy vehicles. In its production and manufacturing process, the bipolar plate welding needs to consider many factors, such as sealing, firmness, consistency, durability, flatness, etc. The welding requirements are extremely strict, which is also one of the bottlenecks restricting the industrialization of Hydrogen fuel cells.
