Equipment introduction
The equipment is mainly used for precision laser cutting of ceramic materials such as zirconia, alumina, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other superhard materials.
Equipment features
1. Gantry is responsible for X-axis movement, with a range of ≥ 600mm;
2. Stage is responsible for moving in the Y-axis direction, with a range of ≥ 800mm;
3. Stage size: 600 * 800mm, with vacuum adsorption function;
4. At a temperature of 22 ± 0.5 ℃, the repeatability accuracy of the X-axis and Y-axis is ≤ 2 μ M;
5. Z-axis uses screw module, with a repetition accuracy of ≤ 5 μ m. Positioning accuracy ≤ 10 μ M;
6. Straightness of X axis, Y axis, and Z axis ≤ 5 μ M;
7. The maximum speed of the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis shall not be less than 500mm/s;
8. Cutting accuracy ≤10μm.
